San Anselmo has one of the most quaint and active downtowns in Marin. It seems to be a hub of activities year round including the Art and Wine Festival, the Country Fair, Film Night in the Park and other holiday events and festivities. The population is just over 12,000 people spread across the Seminary district, the downtown corridor and hilly Sleepy Hollow, Lincoln Park, and Yolanda Station. San Anselmo has so many great neighborhoods all wrapped around the various creek arms that run through this watershed area that attracts a high number of young families with it's excellent schools and many parks. I am happy to call San Anselmo home since moving here from Corte Madera at the beginning of 2016. Read more about San Anselmo here.
